Meeting Mike for the first time was a humbling experience. Mike's reputation preceded him -- before I'd met him, I'd seen and admired his work and even though we hadn't met, I looked up to him. He's quick to share his insights and a kind word and never one to express any negativity. Being around Mike invariably improves your mood, regardless of the situation. Since meeting him about 5 years ago, I've gotten to see that underneath his laid back demeanor there's a steel drive of determination, focus, and creativity.
